Who’s behind The Yoga Dojo?

I’ve studied yoga for over 12 years and am constantly learning more. Yoga helps me maintain sanity and fitness in the midst of a crazy life.

I have a stressful day job as an online content manager for a large interactive agency. I am also the mother of a talented and charming 12-year-old boy, a remarkably competent 9-year-old daughter, and recent adoptee, Carmine, a 5-year-old Terrier-Beagle mix.
