Yoga DVD Review: Rodney Yee’s “Yoga Burn”

A “must-have” Yoga DVD for those who are serious about core strength Rating:

I’ve yet to find a yoga instructor that I like more than Rodney Yee. Yee appeared in my first yoga video, Yoga Journal’s Yoga Practice Series, which for me was life-changing. His no-nonsense, knowledgeable, cheerful delivery motivates; his fluid precision inspires. On top of that, he seems like an affable guy, plain and simple.
